The 2027 season runs to Canadian Thanksgiving, Monday, October 11. 2027 season hours are 10 AM to 4 PM, or 10 AM to 5 PM from July 1 to Labour Day. The last tram back up leaves 15 minutes before closing. Check DriveBC for road conditions before you travel.

Why we closed early in 2026
Hell's Gate Airtram has been closed since late August 2026 because of a power outage caused by the wildfire. We reopen on Saturday, May 1, 2027.

Parking is free. There are accessible stalls by the main building, and there is ample motor coach parking in front of the terminal. The site is fully wheelchair accessible, including the suspension bridge. Leashed dogs are welcome and can ride in the tram cabin, but they aren't allowed in food preparation areas.
Coach note: Coaches arriving from the west (from Vancouver) drive 1 km past the Airtram, use the turnaround, and come back to park in front of the terminal. See group visits and coach information. To book a group, contact Alex Guo, Office Manager, at [email protected] or (236) 512-9598.
