March 18th, 2020

Dear customers and partners,

As you may have noticed, the Federal Government of Canada and the Provincial Government of B.C. are taking a series of actions and advising people to stay home unless it is an absolute need to go out, in order to prevent the transmission of the COVID-19. As a popular tourist destination that attracts hundreds of visitors on a daily basis, we have to implement a series of actions to protect our valued customers, employees and our community.

Thus, Hell’s Gate Airtram has postponed the planned April opening for the 2020 Season due to the COVID-19 Epidemic until further notice. We hope that the impact of the virus diminishes in the near future, and we will welcome you to experience the awe-inspiring views and the exhilaration of being suspended over the immense power of the Fraser river.

We ask everyone to be socially responsible and follow the guidelines and recommendations of the local health authorities. Therefore, we can lessen the chance of spreading the virus and our normal lives can be restored in the near future.

Best Wishes ,

Hell’s Gate Airtram Management Team
